There is nothing natural about large numbers of unfamiliar dogs partaking in high-intensity activity in a dog park, and this shouldn’t be the benchmark for a social dog. If your dog is not their best in such an environment, you are not doing anything wrong. 👏👏 There is nothing wrong with your dog. 👏👏 Your dog is normal. 👏👏 See MoreSee Less

Very true!

Seems pretty much like people.

Mine are all a-holes.

Absolutely refuse to take my dogs to dog parks. It's like every dog in that first category shows up and not enough of the dogs in the last. I had a dog bite at my ankles while his mom just yapped away two feet from me. Didn't stick around to wait for him to bite my dogs. First and last time I ever went to one. Not to mention the poop that doesn't get picked up. Dog parks are not a good idea simply because of irresponsible owners.

Mildred, when I go out to get the mail. I'm gone for like 3 minutes. Same greeting if I am gone for 3 hours or 3 days. ❤️
