When several people in the community recommended Sean and Amy Jones, owners of "What's in the Bowl Pet Shop", I wasn't surprised. Having been a customer at their shop several times they were already on my mind to interview. However, when I went to their shop to interview them I had the opportunity to just observe the steady flow of customers they knew by name and, of course, they knew the pet's name too.
